CONSTRUCTION:

• Hand laminated GRP Hull.

• NPG Gelcoat with first layer of cloth impregnated with NPG resin forming an optimum barrier against osmosis.

• Inner moulded hull bottom, structural grid laminated to the hull. Hull port-lights in saloon.

• Deck in PVC foam core sandwich, moulded by injection process (Resin Transfer Moulding) for significant weight saving and excellent interior finish.

• Draft 1.85 m (6' 1"), cast iron keel, bolt loads taken up by stainless steel backing plate.

• Semi-elliptical rudder, filled with closed cell epoxy foam. Stainless steel solid stock.

Deck and Deck Fittings:

• Teak handrails on coachroof. Teak toerail.

• Self-draining chain locker with eye bolt and integrated windlass bracket, lid with locking bolt. Stemhead fitting anchor roller.

• Pulpit with wooden step and separate port/starboard navigation lights.

• Pushpits with horseshoe buoy bracket, flag pole holder, navigation lights, and opening cable gate with hook.

• Stanchions with two levels of lifeline.

• 4 aluminium mooring cleats. Single stainless steel chainplate for cap shrouds/aft lower shrouds. 2 chainplates for backstay.

• 2 deck fillers, 1 for water and 1 for fuel. Mainsheet tackle on roof.

• Boomvang with 4:1 purchase.

• Genoa sheet tracks with piston lead blocks. Genoa sheet turning blocks on coaming.

• 1 x 4 sheave deck organiser for halyard returns, mainsail sheet and reefing lines. Stainless steel swan neck electric/electronic cable gland. 4 clutches on roof.

• 1 x 32.2 ST halyard winch on roof.

• 2 x 32.2 ST Genoa winches on coamings close to the helmsman.

Cockpit:

• Teak trimmed seats, GRP sole. Large side locker with lid fitted with padlock hasps.

• Rudder stock head under helmsman’s sole for installing the emergency tiller.

• Engine lever and control panel easily available to the helmsman.

• Transom opens in centre by removing helmsman’s seat giving access to the swimming/boarding platform. Gas cylinder locker in aft port seat. Life raft stowage in starboard cockpit locker. Cockpit shower in aft locker. Folding bathing ladder.

Sails and Rigging :

• Anodised aluminium mast with double swept backed spreaders, rigged 9/10, deck stepped.

• Anchor and steaming lights. Boom topping lift cleat. Anodised aluminium boom equipped with a two single line reefing system.

• Genoa furler. Grounded rigging system. Continuous standing rigging in single strand stainless steel cable and chrome plated bronze turnbuckles including: Forestay, double backstay, cap shrouds, inter and lower shrouds.

• Pre-stretched running rigging including: Main and Genoa halyards, boom topping lift, Main and Genoa sheets, two reefing lines, outhaul line, furling line, boom vang tackle.

• Mainsail equipped with 2 broad reef bands, with battens and bag. Furling Genoa with anti-UV protection.

Ventilation and Lighting:

• Excellent ventilation ensured by: 2 deck hatches with integrated ventilators, 4 opening port-lights on roof with curtains, Permanent ventilation with 2 aerators ‘mushroom’ models, 2 hull port-lights as well as 2 port-lights on the roof add natural light to the saloon.

• Electric lighting is provided by numerous spotlights and reading lights in a chrome finish.

Interior:

• All joinery work is in prime Moabi mahogany, with fiddles, mouldings and framings in solid wood. All cabin doors have a blocking system which keeps doors open when required. Soles are in Moabi laminated floor boards.

• Saloon cushions and cabin mattresses have removable covers.

• The upper cabin linings are in Moabi wood, the bottom in cream vinyl.

Companionway:

• Headroom: 1.87 m (6' 1½").

• Sliding companionway hatch and washboards in Plexiglas with stops and lock.

• Curved wooden steps and access to engine by lifting step case on jack. 2 handrails.

• Dedicated stowage for the door under aft port berth.

Forward Cabin:

• Large side berth approx. 200 cm (6' 6"). 10 cm (4") thick foam mattress with washable cover.

• Access to stowage locker under berth. Full length shelf with sea-fiddle over berth alongside the hull. Large hanging locker with shelf.

• Access to navigation instrument transducers.

Aft Head:

• Manual marine toilet, moulded washbasin, large mirror, chrome plated brass mixer tap with shower unit, shower with direct drainage by electric pump, hooks.

• Dedicated large oilskin locker in the cockpit compartment.

Saloon:

• Large settees. Cushions made out of foam with washable covers.

• Stowage under seats and behind backrests. Stowage lockers with doors and bookshelf above the settee.

• Saloon table with bottle rack in the centre, fiddles and incorporated cutlery drawer.

• Stainless steel mast pillar.

Galley:

• L-shaped galley with a large worktop in Corian®.

• Stainless steel sink.

• Chrome plated brass mixer tap for pressurised water. Cooker with 2-burner stove with oven oven on gimbals. 12 V electric refrigerator with minimum capacity of 120 ltr (26 gal), stowage box and separation.

• Crumb tray under sole.

Chart Table :

• Large format chart table with hinged desk top.

• Ergonomic wooden seat with stowage underneath.

• White vinyl cushion.

• Instrument console. Stowage under chart table.

Aft Cabin:

• Double berth approximately 200 cm (6' 6") in length. 10 cm (4") thick mattress with washable cover.

• Large hanging locker. Shelf with sea fiddle over berth. Access behind engine, oddments tray on top.

• 90 ltr (20 gal) fuel tank under the starboard berth. 160 ltr (35 gal) water tank under port berth.

• Battery switches on vertical area between cabin and engine compartment.

Engine:

• Volvo 19 hp (13.8 kW). Sail-drive transmission.

• Heat exchanger, anti-siphon valve.

• Control panel close to helmsman, with hour meter and tachometer.

• Alternator with battery isolator.

• Approximately 90 ltr (20 gal) fuel tank with gauge on the electrical switchboard.

• Fuel filter with water separator.

• Emergency fuel shut-off handle.

• Engine room ventilation blower and 2 ventilation hoses. 2-blade fixed propeller.

• Multiple access to the engine. Independent engine bilge. Quality sound proofing with high density foam.

Plumbing:

• Polyethylene tanks for a total capacity of approx. 160 ltr (35 gal) with inspection plates.

• Pressurised water system. 20 ltr (4 gal) water heater.

• Electric bilge pump with strainer and controls on switchboard.

• Bilge integrated in hull and keel with easy access to strainer under floor board.

• Manual bilge pump operated from cockpit.

• Drainage of shower water by electric pump direct to the sea, easily accessible under the washbasin.

Electricity:

• 12 V DC System. Switchboard with circuit breakers, voltmeter. 12V outlet.

• 1 x 60 Ah engine battery.

• 1 x 60 Ah house battery. Battery switch for each circuit.

Miscellaneous:

• Two winch handles with holder
