Matthew Gillingham – General Manager Matthew brings over thirty years sales and customer service experience. A keen sailor since the age of ten, he has enjoyed racing dinghies on the river Deben. He now wants to extend his experience into our yacht brokerage service. Being ABYA trained, He is able to offer our customers a first class service. Brad Sharpheale Brad has been sailing since childhood and enjoyed racing Fireball Dinghies at Grafton Water in his teens. In recent years he has extensively cruised the East Coast, France, Belgium and Spain. Adam Blackmore With a wealth of sales experience in high end products, Adam joined Burton Waters early in 2009. Keen to meet the challenges of his role within the boating industry, Adam is fully RYA qualified and has been put through the Burton Waters’ training process for brokerage and boat sales. Neil Genn-Bromley Neil has recently re-joined Burton Waters’ sales team in Ipswich after a brief spell away. Neil has been privy to the ‘boating lifestyle’, using and owning boats from a young age. Jo Handley Jo has been involved in all things marine since moving onto her yacht seven years ago. Jo has enjoyed cruising the East and South coasts of the UK and recently took two years off to sail to the Med and back via the Atlantic route.
